Thank you for selecting 24 Hrs City Florist to make your Order. We would like to inform you that orders made from this site are subject to the following terms & conditions:
Please do not proceed to make payment if you are not agreeable to any of our terms, conditions and policies.
1. All prices listed are in Singapore dollars. The indicated US Dollars serves as an approximate Singapore dollar equivalent. (the US Dollar value may change depending on the prevailing exchange rates)
2. All prices are inclusive of delivery within Singapore only (Main Island) during Mon to Sat office hours (9am to 5pm). Additional charges will apply outside office hours and delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
3. Please read our delivery policy.
4. Items used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. 24Hrs City Florist reserves the right to replace any item with another of equal value depending on availability.
5. Items or products purchased for delivery during Valentine's Week (10 Feb to 14 Feb) have to be ordered from the Valentine's Category. Orders made for delivery between 10 Feb to 14 Feb from non Valentine's day category are subject to additional charges.
6. Filling out of the order does not mean an order has been accepted.
7. Please provide all details in the order form to avoid unnecessary delay.
8. 24 Hrs City Florist reserves the right to verify and check the authenticity of any orders should we suspect any potential fraudulent credit card payment. Hence, information of the sender must be genuine and the phone numbers must be contactable. 24 Hrs City Florist will not be held responsible for the delivery of the purchased item(s) should information given by the sender is invalid. 24 Hrs City Florist will report all alleged fraudulent cases to the POLICE.
9. 24 Hrs City Florist will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. Please provide at least a 3 hour range for delivery.
10. All prices are inclusive of delivery during office operating hours (not applicable to Sundays and public holidays). For special requests outside regular operating hours, additional charges are applicable. Please make reference to our delivery policy.
11. We do not ship or deliver 'Add-on' items only (except for as add-on item to main floral arrangements).
12. Items on special offers are not eligible for further discount.
13. Warranty of Goods/Services: All our goods/services will serve their intended functions (as flowers are naturally perishable).
14. Prices: All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions.
15. Delivery services: All delivery will be within the main island of Singapore. For deliveries outside of Singapore, user have to order from our Internaional website.
16. Payment Processing: We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Amex, Diners, eNETS & Paypal.
17. Cancellation of Orders: We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed delivery date. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is submitted & paid by the user.
18. Once the order is delivered or collected, the order is assumed completed. We will not accept any amendment order which has been delivered or collected for re-packaging or delivery or re-delivery.
19. Confirmation of Orders: We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the user within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. It is the responsibility of the user to call 24hrsCityFlorist should the user is in doubt of his online purchase or transaction or payment.
20. Feedback: We welcome your feedback. 21. Refund Policy: The customer shall have no right to any refund (or exchange) for payment made for the service once we have started to process the services for the customer. However, in instances where the customer feels that a refund is justified, the customer must submit a written request for refund.
24Hrs City Florist will refund any accidental payment (eg. payment made twice) however, a S$25 chargeback fee will apply to each payment transaction.
22. Please provide the following details together with your request, unless otherwise stated:
- transaction identification number
- reasons for cancellation or refund
All requests submitted are subject to approval on a case to case basis and at the discretion of the company management.
