Chinese Valentine’s Day, Qixi falls on the seventh day of the seventh month in the traditional Chinese lunar calendar, whose name is “七夕” (Qixi), typically fall in the month of August. Chinese Valentine’s Day originated from a romantic fable about two lovers: the seventh daughter of the Goddess of Heaven and a simple cowherd. It is said that the cowherd from the mundane world and weaving goddess from heaven loved each other. But love between the goddess and human beings was forbidden.

As a request from our customer, we attempted to arrange our first character bouquet or quirky bouquet back in 2009. And since then, we have been the Singapore florist making flower delivery of the quirky kind – from hello kitty bouquet to puppy bouquet to panda bouquet to cookie monster bouquet and many more.

To Forgive, one has to put aside old differences, move beyond grievances and hurts and start afresh. Forgiveness be definition is the process of ceasing to feel resentment, indignation or anger against another person for a perceived offense, difference or mistake, or ceasing to demand punishment or restitution. And to be forgiven, one has to make the initiative to ask for apology. An apology is an act of expressing regret or asking pardon for a fault.

The Asian Civilizations Museum (ACM), located by the historic Singapore River, at the historic Empress Place Building, was opened on 1 March 2003. The Museum traces the cultural roots of Singaporeans. It features a diverse collection from Southeast Asia, South Asia, China and West Asia. The museum presents the history and culture of Singapore’s ancestral cultures, with artefacts that span the entire Asian continent and over five thousand years of recorded history.
