Mdm Halimah Yaacob sworn in as the new President on September 14. She&#8217;s Singapore&#8217;s first female president from the first election reserved for candidates from the Malay community in Singapore. A well liked, humbled and unassuming person, precisely our experience in our brief encounter with her.
