Thank you for selecting 24 Hrs City Florist to make your Order. We would like to inform you that orders made from this site are subject to the following terms & conditions:
- All prices listed are in Singapore dollar. The indicated US Dollars serves as an indication of the approximate Singapore dollar equivalent. (the US Dollar value may change depending on the prevailing exchange rates)
- All prices are inclusive of delivery within Singapore only (excluding delivery to surrounding islands) during office hours (9am to 7pm)
- Please read our delivery policy.
- Items used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. When an item is not available, the closest substitute of a similar value will be used.
- Prices quoted are not applicable for special occasions. For example, delivery around Valentine's day have to be separately quoted. Please email for prices.
- Filling out of the order does not mean an order has been accepted.
- Please provide all details in the order form to avoid unnecessary delay.
- 24 Hrs City Florist reserve the right to verify and check the authenticity of any orders should we suspect any potential fraudulent credit card payment. Hence, information of the sender must be genuine and the phone numbers must be contactable. 24 Hrs City Florist will not be held responsible for the delivery of the purchased item(s) should information given by the sender is invalid. 24 Hrs City Florist will report all alleged fraudulent cases to the POLICE.
- 24 Hrs City Florist will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. Please provide at least a 3 hour range for delivery. However, we will try to accomodate delivery at exact timing as far as possible.
- All prices are inclusive of delivery during office operating hours. For special requests outside regular operating hours, additional charges are applicable. Please make reference to our delivery policy.
- We do not ship or deliver 'Add-on' items only.
- Items on special offers are not eligible for further discount.
- Warranty of Goods/Services: All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.
- Prices: All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions.
- Delivery services: Prices include delivery within the main island of Singapore. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.
- Payment Processing: We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD, eNETS & Corporate cheque payments. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
- Cancellation of Orders: We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
- Confirmation of Orders: We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action or be replaced with item with which is similar & equivalent in value.
- Feedback: We welcome your feedback. - Refund Policy: The customer shall have no right to any refund (or exchange) for payment made for the service once we have started to process the services for the customer. However, in instances where the customer feels that a refund is justified, the customer must submit a written request for refund.
- 24Hrs City Florist will refund any accidental payment (eg. payment made twice) however, a S$25 chargeback fee will apply to each payment transaction.

- reasons for cancellation or refund
All requests submitted are subject to approval on a case to case basis and at the discretion of the company management.
